Zehnder Group Acquires Siber to Strengthen Its Ventilation Business

Siber, Spanish manufacturer of ventilation systems, is acquired by the Zehnder Group for an estimated €86 million (US$93 million). The acquisition is intended to enhance the company's residential ventilation business expansion in Portugal, Spain, and other southern European countries. Siber anticipates revenues of approximately €37 million (US$ 40 million) for the 2024 fiscal year, with an EBIT margin that is comparable to that of the ventilation segment of the Zehnder Group. Siber concentrates on the provision of comprehensive ventilation systems for new constructions. In Portugal and Spain, the organization maintains an extensive market presence.
