Israel: TIGI, an Israeli company that offers solutions and services related to the generation and storage of renewable heat, made the announcement today that it has obtained approval from an Austrian court regarding the restructuring process of SOLID, a global player in the field of renewable heat, of which TIGI holds 90%. TIGI is now in a unique position to develop into new markets and become a leader in the International Renewable Heat Energy industry as a result of this strategic consolidation, which enables the company to combine its renewable heat technology with SOLID's global experience and execution capacity in solar-thermal systems.
