Reflex Austria Expands Operations with New Vienna Facility
Austria: Reflex Austria has relocated to a new 340-square-metre facility in Vienna’s Donaustadt district, featuring modern offices and a training centre. The training facility enables simulations and demonstrations of operational systems, designed to improve services for planners and tradespeople. Reflex Solutions Pro, its updated design software, offers user-friendly features tailored to country-specific standards, enhancing efficiency in project planning and tenders. The company aims to address skilled labour shortages by simplifying systems and focusing on water distribution under its flagship Reflex brand.
The Winkelmann Group, Reflex’s parent company, is undergoing strategic changes. While the Automotive division plans to phase out operations within three to four years, significant investments are being directed toward other divisions, including a new plant in Slovenia to produce 300,000 hot water tanks annually. Reflex Austria, which doubled sales and tripled service operations over the last six years, sees potential in energy-saving renovations and district heating projects for 2025, despite a slight decline in performance in 2024. The business handles projects across Austria and internationally, including Finland and Djibouti.
