Haier Launches R290 Heat Pumps in Denmark Through Partnership With Solar
Denmark: Haier HVAC Solutions has introduced its R290 air-to-water heat pump portfolio in Denmark through a partnership with Solar Denmark, which will distribute the range to professional installers for residential and small commercial applications. The portfolio includes Monobloc, Hydro Split and All in One units, covering capacities from 6 to 16 kW, along with additional models at both lower and higher capacity levels. These include smaller units with capacities of 3.5 and 5 kW, as well as systems designed for small commercial use ranging from 26 to 40 kW.
Installers in Denmark will have access to product training at Solar’s facilities, with eligibility for a six-year warranty linked to completion of the programme. The launch was presented at Solar’s Climate and Energy Day on 3 September. The companies indicated that the partnership will include support across training, technical services and after-sales operations, while existing government subsidy schemes for heat pumps are contributing to market adoption in Denmark.
