Ziehl-Abegg Revenue Exceeds EUR 1 Billion in 2025

Germany: Ziehl-Abegg reported preliminary results showing revenue exceeding EUR 1.0 billion (USD 1.08 billion) in 2025, compared with EUR 893 million (USD 1.05 billion) in the previous year. The increase represents year-on-year growth of more than 12 percent. The company’s global workforce rose to around 5,800 employees from 5,300. International markets contributed a growing share of revenue, with the United States accounting for more than 20 percent, supported by ongoing investment in local manufacturing. China remained the second-largest foreign market, with operations focused on region-specific product development.
During the year, the company introduced a synchronous elevator machine designed without rare-earth magnets, while maintaining performance and installation dimensions. Operations continued across multiple application areas, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, elevators and medical technology. Ziehl-Abegg stated that profit levels were affected by external pressures, while confirming continued investment in technology development and production capabilities.
