CANADA: Group BFL subsidiary, Bousquet Technologies is a Quebec based leader in the design and manufacture of high-efficiency recovery, heating, and ventilation systems. It has established a stellar reputation for expertise in creating systems specifically tailored to the demands of different markets. Nagas Innovation, the other subsidiary is a manufacturer of burners and heat exchangers to dampers and controllers which can be integrated into Air Handling Units. The transaction was made in collaboration with Desjardins Capital and Group BFL's experienced management team, which remained in place. Nagas and Bousquet specialise in building sustainable energy recovery systems, therefore the acquisition will assist W Investments Group achieve its strategic goals of reducing the global ecological footprint.
