Viessmann Expands Clean & Cold Footprint with KPS Global Acquisition
US: Viessmann Generations Group, a family-owned company with a 107-year heritage, has signed an agreement to acquire KPS Global, a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of insulated panel systems and custom enclosures for controlled environments. The acquisition is expected to close within 90 days, pending customary closing conditions. This strategic move will significantly expand Viessmann’s Clean & Cold platform into the North American market.
KPS Global, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, serves a broad range of industries, including food retail, scientific, and non-food retail applications. The company has been under the ownership of D Cubed Group since 2015 and has grown into a market leader with over 850 employees and five production facilities across the U.S.
Mike Eakins, CEO of KPS Global, expressed excitement about joining Viessmann, highlighting the opportunities for growth and innovation that the acquisition will bring. The acquisition aligns with Viessmann’s vision of reducing CO2 emissions and improving quality of life by expanding its clean and cold solutions, particularly in the North American market.
