Nimlas Expands HVAC Presence In Eastern Finland
Finland: Nimlas has expanded its presence in Eastern Finland through the acquisition of LVI-Bioneerit Oy, Savonlinnan LVI-Palvelu Oy and LVI-Myller Oy from Bioneerit Group Oy. The three companies employ around 70 personnel and generate combined annual revenue of approximately EUR 12.0 million. Following the transaction, the businesses will continue operating under their existing names as part of Nimlas Finland, with current management remaining in place. The companies provide plumbing and HVAC services, including maintenance, repairs, and new-build and renovation projects, serving residential, commercial, industrial and public sector customers.
The acquisition aligns with Nimlas Group’s strategy to expand its operations while maintaining local business structures and customer relationships. The company aims to grow its operations in Finland to EUR 800.0 million in revenue by 2031 through acquisitions and organic growth. The transaction remains subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
