Trane Launches New Commercial Sales Facility in Idaho

USA: Trane Technologies has officially opened its new commercial sales office in Nampa, Idaho, with a grand opening celebration held on July 23. The 26,000-square-foot facility will serve as a central hub for Trane’s commercial operations and sales activities across Idaho, providing customer training, a fully stocked warehouse with over 100 units ready for shipment or pickup, and expanded support services.

According to the company, the facility features a significantly upgraded parts department, more than twice the size of a previous Trane supply store that closed in 2020. The new setup includes a dedicated will-call center and a streamlined parts staging area to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Currently staffed by 22 employees, the office has been designed with scalability in mind to support future growth. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by representatives from the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and Trane leadership, included guided tours of the facility. Guests also explored partner booths, viewed demonstrations of Trane’s Symbio controller and Brainbox AI integration, and engaged with account managers during warehouse walkthroughs.
