Systemair Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Riyadh

SAUDI ARABIA: Systemair Saudi Arabia has inaugurated a fully owned manufacturing facility in Riyadh, covering a land area of 13,000 square metres with a 9,000-square-metre factory. The facility will manufacture a range of ventilation products for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and the wider GCC. It includes dedicated areas for production, equipment servicing, and repairs, and aims to strengthen local manufacturing while supporting Saudi Arabia’s industrial and sustainability plans under Vision 2030. The expansion aligns with the expected growth of the Saudi HVAC market, projected to reach SAR 23.33 billion by 2033 with a CAGR of 7.98% during 2025-2033. 

The facility is part of Systemair’s efforts to provide energy-efficient ventilation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications in the GCC. The company will also participate as a Sustainability Ambassador at the upcoming HVACR Next Generation Congress on 28 October 2025, where it will present regional case studies and join panels on ventilation’s role in energy efficiency and climate resilience. Systemair emphasizes combining its global expertise with local production to meet regional demand and support national industrial goals.
