Shree Refrigerations Establishes Aquilon Limited for HVAC Manufacturing
INDIA: Shree Refrigerations Limited incorporated Aquilon Limited on October 15, 2026, as a wholly owned subsidiary focused on the design and manufacture of HVAC systems. The parent company invested ₹2.5 crore in cash to subscribe to 100% of the subsidiary’s initial paid-up share capital, comprising 250,000 equity shares of ₹100 each.
Aquilon Limited will manufacture, assemble, supply, install, and service a range of heating and cooling solutions, including air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, industrial chillers, air-source heat pumps, and water-source heat pumps. Its operations will also cover associated equipment, components, spare parts, controls, and automation systems. The move will enable Shree Refrigerations to expand its presence in specialised HVAC manufacturing and strengthen its capabilities across the product value chain, including installation, maintenance, repair, and international trade.
