Samsung and LG Target European HVAC Market with AI-Powered Solutions

Europe: Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics are intensifying their efforts to capture the European HVAC market with AI-driven and high-efficiency heating solutions.

At ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, Samsung will showcase its "Slim Fit EHS ClimateHub", a compact eco-heating system with a 200-liter water tank and a 7-inch AI touchscreen interface. The company will also present the "EHS Mono R290", which uses natural refrigerant (R290) to heat water up to 75°C, and the "Bespoke AI WindFree Combo" air conditioner with advanced humidity control. Samsung’s SmartThings energy management solutions for commercial spaces will also be on display. 

LG Electronics will introduce its "THERMA V" residential heat pump, powered by its high-efficiency inverter scroll compressor, offering low-carbon heating. The "THERMA V R290 Monobloc", optimized for single-family homes, achieves the highest A+++ energy rating under the EU ErP directive. For multi-unit housing, LG will showcase the "THERMA V Monobloc G". 

For commercial applications, LG will present its "Inverter Scroll Chiller", which uses R32 refrigerant with a 70% lower global warming potential, and the "MULTI V I" system with an AI engine for optimized cooling.
