INDIA: Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited has completed the second phase of its asset purchase agreement, acquiring a manufacturing facility in Bhuj to strengthen its bathware segment and support the expansion of its “Aquel by Prince” portfolio.
Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (PPFL) had earlier announced an Asset Purchase Agreement on March 20, 2024, structured in two phases. In the first phase, the company acquired the Aquel brand along with associated moulds, dies, and intellectual property, enabling it to begin integrating bathware products into its portfolio.
The company has now announced the completion of the second phase of the agreement with Klaus Waren Fixtures Private Limited, involving the acquisition of select assets.
These assets will act as the manufacturing base for PPFL’s bathware segment and support the expansion of its “Aquel by Prince” range, which includes faucets and bathroom accessories. Going forward, the company plans to scale the business steadily through distribution expansion, ongoing product development, and focused brand investments.
