WERIT Expands Dutch Sanitary Market Presence with Rezi Sanitair Business Takeover
Netherlands: Werit Kunststoffwerke W. Schneider GmbH & Co. KG will take over the business activities of its long-standing Dutch partner Rezi Sanitair Nederland BV, based in Valkenswaard, effective 1 October 2026, following the retirement of its partner. Rezi Sanitair, which has operated under its current name since 1997 and has roots dating to Philips Sanitair, founded in 1940, supplies toilet cisterns, pre-wall installation systems, flush plates and toilet seats for residential and commercial construction, renovation and maintenance projects. The move will integrate Rezi Sanitair’s customer relationships into Werit’s sales organisation and expand its position in the Dutch sanitary market. Werit’s Building Technology division already serves the Netherlands and develops and manufactures solutions for sanitary applications as well as water and tank systems.
