Nordic Climate Group Expands into Netherlands with Key Acquisitions

Netherlands: Nordic Climate Group has expanded into the Netherlands by acquiring Dutch installers Compair Airconditioning BV and T&S Klimaattechniek BV. Known for its strong presence in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, these acquisitions mark the group's first ventures into northern Europe, with more acquisitions anticipated.

Compair Airconditioning, established in 1999 and based in Capelle aan den IJssel, specializes in air conditioning, heat pumps, and complete climate control systems. T&S Klimaattechniek, founded in 1997 and based in Woerden, has seen stable growth, primarily serving customers in data centers. Combined, these companies will add approximately EUR 23 million (USD 24.8 million) to Nordic Climate Group’s turnover, which exceeds EUR 400 million (USD 432 million).
