Naitron Expands Granite Composite Sink Manufacturing Capabilities in China
China: Hubei Nature New Material Sanitary Appliance Co., Ltd. (NAITRON) has expanded its granite composite sink manufacturing operations in Hubei, China, supported by digitally controlled production systems and patented thermosetting moulding technology. The company provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services to global distributors and wholesalers, with production processes designed to ensure consistency and scalability. Its integrated moulding approach produces sinks in a single operation, eliminating joints and supporting structural stability, while automated systems manage material dosing and temperature control during production.
The company operates a production base of approximately 80,000 square metres, supported by an investment exceeding RMB 100 million (USD 13.70 million/EUR 12.80 million). The facility includes multiple production lines and automated equipment, enabling an annual production capacity of around 600,000 units. NAITRON has also incorporated solar energy into its operations, with around 80 per cent of electricity consumption sourced from photovoltaic systems. The company exports its products to more than 20 countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
