South Africa: Mitsubishi Electric has strengthened its collaboration with Intramech to expand its applied HVAC and IT cooling operations across southern Africa. The partnership will integrate Mitsubishi Electric’s product portfolio with Intramech’s local expertise in sales, service, and engineering to deliver comprehensive one-stop solutions. The collaboration aims to enhance capabilities in system design, installation, operation, and maintenance while supporting the growing demand for efficient cooling systems, particularly in data centres.
The expansion follows Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems’ (MEHITS) establishment of MEHITS Middle East FZCO in Dubai. The new entity will function as a regional hub to support air conditioning and IT cooling operations across the Middle East and Africa, reinforcing Mitsubishi Electric’s focus on serving emerging markets with integrated HVAC and cooling solutions.
