Lennox Sells European Business

Lennox, a US manufacturer, has agreed to sell its Lyon-based European commercial HVAC and refrigeration businesses to funds managed by Syntagma Capital. The agreement covers the production and sale of the entire line of HVAC and refrigeration goods sold throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Lennox EMEA and Syntagma Capital promise to work closely together to make the transition as smooth as possible for clients, partners, and staff.Lennox EMEA presently has 980 employees and has a commercial presence in 46 nations. Lennox, Friga-Bohn, and HK Refrigeration are three of its brands, and it operates three production plants in France and Spain.
