KRN HVAC Signs $119 Million MoU for Heat Exchanger Plant in Rajasthan, India
India: KRN HVAC Products, a subsidiary of KRN Heat Exchanger, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan, committing ₹1,000 crore (119 million USD approximately) to establish a modern heat exchanger manufacturing facility in Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan. The project, slated to begin production in 2024, is expected to generate 600 direct jobs. The Government of Rajasthan will assist with approvals and clearances to ensure the smooth execution of the initiative. This investment will bolster KRN HVAC’s manufacturing capabilities and contribute to regional industrial growth.
