Haier UK and Ireland Appoints Jim McEwan as Managing Director

Europe: Haier UK and Ireland have appointed Jim McEwan as Managing Director, succeeding Diego Perrone. McEwan officially assumed the role in May 2026 after previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer. He has been with Haier UK for more than six years and has over two decades of experience in the home appliance industry. In his new position, McEwan will oversee Haier operations across the United Kingdom and Ireland and continue to work with retail partners and internal teams. The appointment forms part of the company’s leadership transition in the region and ensures continuity of business operations.
