Haier Europe Appoints Chief Business Officer

Haier Europe has named Francesco Di Valentin as its new chief business officer, succeeding Jean Pascal Rey. Rey will depart Haier Europe to pursue his career outside of the Haier Group, starting April 30. Francesco Di Valentin brings over 25 years of international experience in industrial sales and marketing to the post. He will join Haier Europe's Senior Leadership Team, which is in charge of ensuring that all business activities are conducted with a "zero-distance" approach towards markets and consumers.
