Franke Group Completes WESCO Acquisition
Germany/Switzerland: Franke Group has completed its acquisition of WESCO Group, a leading supplier of premium extractor hoods and ventilation systems in Switzerland and Germany, following approval from relevant competition authorities. WESCO will operate as a standalone entity under the leadership of Barbara Borra, President and CEO of Franke Home Solutions, enhancing the division’s portfolio and strengthening Franke Group’s offerings in home solutions.
