Epta and Viessmann Refrigeration Joint Venture Adopts Epta Brand

ITALY: The Epta trademark will be used for all operations under the newly announced joint venture between Viessmann Refrigeration and Epta.

The joint venture, known as Epta Central North Europe BV, was finalised in November and encompasses all of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions' commercial refrigeration operations in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as Epta's operations in the same countries.

Epta claims that unifying the businesses' diverse range of products and services under a single, unified brand as a dependable partner combines the activities under the Epta Central North Europe name. By the end of April 2024, all countries will have undergone the repositioning. The products of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions will be rebranded and integrated into the portfolio of Epta's product names, notably in the Costan, Bonnet Névé, and Iarp ranges, while the Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions trademark will be phased out. Furthermore, EptaService will handle all after-sales support.
