Elevate Home Services Acquires St. Clair’s Custom Air to Expand Operations in Southwest Florida
US: Elevate Home Services, an air conditioning servicing company based in Fort Myers, has acquired competitor St. Clair’s Custom Air in Cape Coral. Justin Carrol, Elevate’s president and co-owner, did not disclose the financial terms of the deal. Elevate began with the acquisition of Whaley's Air Conditioning in November 2023, and rebranded shortly after. The company expanded further in January by acquiring Griffith Heating and Cooling. Greg St. Clair said that he sold to Elevate because he could trust it “to continue this company’s legacy while enhancing the lives of our team. I haven’t made this decision lightly.” With this acquisition, the company now serves customers throughout Southwest Florida.
