Daikin delivered stable growth in FY2024/25, supported by continued global demand for HVAC solutions despite challenging market conditions in several regions. The company reported higher net sales and improved profitability, driven by strong performance in commercial and industrial HVAC businesses, turnkey services, and energy-efficient solutions. Growth in sectors such as data centres, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial applications helped offset weaker residential heat pump demand in parts of Europe. Daikin also benefited from expanding sales of low-carbon and inverter-based air conditioning systems, while continued investments in R&D, production capacity, and strategic acquisitions strengthened its long-term market position. The company maintained a solid financial position and continued focusing on energy-efficient technologies and global expansion initiatives.
