Daikin opens Doncaster Sustainable Home Centre

UK: Daikin has established its sixth Sustainable Home Centre this year at Spinks, a Doncaster-based plumbing and heating supplier.

With the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy, Daikin believes these centres will play an important role in educating and training heating engineers, as well as enlightening homeowners about the benefits of sustainable, low-carbon home heating.

Local MP Dame Rosie Winterton presided over the official opening of the new facility, which was created in collaboration with Daikin and Spinks.

Visitors had the opportunity to meet Daikin UK professionals and learn about the newest heat pump technologies available. The brand also gave talks about Daikin products and discussed green industry installer training prospects.
