Daikin Combines Northeast Distributors to Form Comfort Technologies Northeast Inc.
US: Daikin has established Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast Inc. by merging three of its northeast distributors: ABCO, Universal Supply, and Robinson Supply. Daikin acquired Robinson Supply in 2020, ABCO in 2021, and Universal Supply in 2022. The new organization will operate 39 branch locations across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Michael Senter, former CEO of ABCO, has been appointed president of Daikin Northeast. The company has headquarters in Long Island City, New York, which will offer Daikin, Amana, and Goodman equipment, controls, and parts, as well as refrigeration, plumbing, and hydronics equipment, supplies, and accessories from leading manufacturers.
