USA: CoolSys has acquired Mechanical Engineering & Construction Corporation (MEC2), a Maryland and Virginia-based firm specializing in mechanical design and construction services. This acquisition will enhance CoolSys’s commercial and industrial capabilities and expand its presence in the mid-Atlantic region.
