NIBE Appoints Jonas Bjuhr as Managing Director of NIBE AB

Sweden: NIBE has appointed Jonas Bjuhr as Managing Director of NIBE AB, with the appointment taking effect on 4 December 2026. He will assume operational responsibility for NIBE AB, which is the largest company within both the NIBE Group and its Climate Solutions business. Bjuhr joins NIBE after 25 years at Hydro, where he held several senior positions and most recently served as vice-president of the Precision Tubing business area in Asia.

The appointment separates the operational management of NIBE AB from the wider group management structure. Gerteric Lindquist, who currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive of NIBE Industrier, has also held the Managing Director role at NIBE AB, with operational responsibility shared with Simon Karlin, head of NIBE Climate Solutions. Following Bjuhr’s appointment, Lindquist will continue to lead NIBE Industrier and Karlin will remain head of NIBE Climate Solutions. Bjuhr holds an MSc in Materials Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
