Danfoss Reports 15% Organic Growth in First Half of 2026

Global: Danfoss reported 15% organic growth in the first half of 2026, with sales reaching EUR 5.3 billion (USD 6.2 billion). Growth and order intake increased across its three business segments, while operational EBITA rose 44% to EUR 813 million (USD 948 million), resulting in an operating margin of 15.3%, up 3.5 percentage points from the same period last year. Cash flow increased to EUR 164 million (USD 191 million), compared with negative EUR 168 million (negative USD 196 million) in the first half of 2025. Data centre development contributed to growth across all three segments, while the company continued to supply solutions for air- and liquid-cooled data centres, including power conversion, energy storage and heat recovery.

Danfoss Power Solutions recorded higher financial performance, supported by data centres and construction and mining markets, while agriculture remained affected by lower demand for large equipment. Danfoss Climate Solutions reported growth linked to data centres and heat pump adoption, while Power Electronics and Drives recorded growth in data centres, electrification and industrial applications. The company acquired the remaining minority shares of Semikron Danfoss and signed an agreement to acquire Italian fluid conveyance manufacturer Alfagomma, subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Danfoss also said it was continuing to expand capacity and regionalise production across its more than 100 factories to support local supply chains.
