Carysil Limited Expands Quartz Kitchen Sink Manufacturing Capacity by 10%

India: Carysil Limited, has announced a expand of its quartz kitchen sink production capacity by 100,000 units per annum, representing a 10% increase in its current capabilities. The decision comes as part of the company’s strategy to meet rising demand, with capacity utilisation already exceeding 85%. This expansion aims to support continued revenue growth and strengthen Carysil’s ability to serve the growing market more efficiently.
The expansion project involves an estimated investment of ₹5 crores ($0.49 million), to be financed through existing Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) funds, reflecting the company’s sound financial management and prudent capital deployment. The initiative is expected to enhance Carysil’s competitive position in the quartz kitchen sink segment, enabling it to capture further market opportunities and increase its share. The announcement, made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, reinforces Carysil’s commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance.
