This acquisition broadens Carver Group’s portfolio and market presence, particularly within the building services and education sectors where S&P Coil Products has established a strong reputation. The integration of S&P Coil Products will enable Carver Group to offer a wider range of customized HVAC solutions to both public and private sector clients.
