UK: The Carver Group, a Walsall-based business specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), has acquired S&P Coil Products, a supplier with over 50 years of experience in the sector. This acquisition broadens Carver Group’s portfolio and market presence, particularly within the building services and education sectors where S&P Coil Products has established a strong reputation. The integration of S&P Coil Products will enable Carver Group to offer a wider range of customized HVAC solutions to both public and private sector clients.
