USA: Carrier reported weaker fourth-quarter 2025 results, with sales down 6% and organic sales down 9%, reflecting soft residential demand and distributor destocking in the Americas. Full-year 2025 sales reached US$ 21.75 billion, down 3% year on year, though global commercial HVAC and aftermarket businesses achieved double-digit growth. Profitability was supported by productivity gains and a stronger mix in some regions. The company generated solid cash flow and returned about US$ 3.7 billion to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks.
For 2026, Carrier expects continued double-digit growth in commercial HVAC and aftermarket, but ongoing weakness in residential and light commercial segments. Guidance includes roughly US$ 22 billion in sales, around US$ 3.4 billion in adjusted operating profit, adjusted EPS near US$ 2.80, and about US$ 2 billion in free cash flow.
