Carrier Introduces an Air-to-Water Heat Pump in North America

US: Carrier has launched its Domestic Hot Water Air-to-Water (DHW A2W) Heat Pump at the International Builders’ Show (IBS), marking its first domestic hot water solution integrated into an air-to-water heat pump product for North America. The system utilizes advanced refrigerant technology to provide heating, cooling, and hot water through a compact outdoor unit. Designed for both new residential buildings and retrofits, it integrates with radiant floor heating, forced air systems, and chilled panels. It operates at sound levels between 52–56 dB and features smart controls for user-friendly operation. The system includes the heat pump, hot water tanks, an indoor control panel, and necessary fittings under a single part number to simplify installation.
