Brand K Group Acquires Aqualux Brand and Select Assets

UK: Brand K Group, a UK-based bathroom equipment and radiator supplier, has acquired the Aqualux brand and select assets for an undisclosed sum. This marks the eighth acquisition for Brand K Group, aligning with its goal to become a leader in the bathroom and HVAC sector. Aqualux recently entered administration due to challenging trading conditions in the home improvement sector and inflationary pressures, resulting in the loss of 19 jobs. Corporate finance support for the acquisition was provided by Harry Walker and Fahim Kassam from Dow Schofield Watts, who have previously assisted Brand K Group with its acquisitions in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom sectors.
