Home Depot Canada Announces Leadership Changes
Home Depot

Canada: The Home Depot has made significant leadership changes, appointing Vinod Nalajala as president of Home Depot Canada, Michael Rowe as executive vice president (EVP) of Pro, and Stephanie Smith as EVP of human resources (HR). Nalajala, a 24-year company veteran, succeeds Rowe after holding leadership roles in operations, asset protection, and HR.

Rowe, now EVP of Pro, will focus on expanding Home Depot’s business with professional customers, leveraging his experience in finance, marketing, and contractor services. Smith, currently senior vice president of supply chain, will take over as EVP of HR after Tim Hourigan’s retirement on June 6, 2025. She previously served as senior vice president of supply chain, managing inventory, transportation, and supply chain analytics.
