Airtron Acquires Sierra to Expand into Western U.S.

US: Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning has acquired Sierra Air Conditioning, Inc., along with its affiliated companies in Nevada and Idaho, marking its expansion into the western United States. The acquisition establishes Airtron as a national HVAC installation provider focused on the single-family residential new construction (RNC) market.
Jeff Morrow, CEO of Airtron, described the acquisition as a strategic move to enhance the company's service capabilities for homebuilders with an expanded geographic reach. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
