North Vancouver–Based Jetson Home Secures USD50 Million to Scale Heat Pump Model in North America

Canada: North Vancouver–based Jetson Home has raised USD 50 million to advance its heat pump technology and expand its one-day installation model across Canada and the United States. Founded in 2024, the company says its vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer approach cuts homeowner costs by 30–50%, and it has installed more than 1,000 units across Metro Vancouver, Colorado, Massachusetts and New York. Jetson launched its software-driven Jetson Air heat pump in September, designed to monitor air quality, energy use and system health while operating reliably down to -30°C, and it was named among Time magazine’s 300 best inventions of 2025. Of the total funding, USD 40 million was led by U.S. venture capital firm Eclipse, with additional backing from 8VC, Activate Capital, Garage Capital and Active Impact. The article also cites a Clean Energy Canada report estimating that a province-wide shift to heat pumps in British Columbia could deliver annual electricity savings of about USD 500 million and reduce emissions by 3.5 megatonnes, equal to around 6% of the province’s total.
