Bluon Partners with Helios HVACR to Deploy AI Diagnostics Across Field Operations

US: Bluon has announced a strategic partnership with Helios HVACR Services, under which Helios HVACR is deploying Bluon’s AI driven diagnostics and equipment intelligence platform across its nationwide field operations. Helios HVACR operates in more than 40 US states and provides commercial HVACR installation, maintenance, and repair services. The platform is being integrated into existing workflows to support technicians with real time technical information and diagnostics across a wide range of commercial HVACR equipment.
Under the partnership, Helios HVACR field teams will gain access to Bluon’s proprietary database covering more than 230 OEMs and approximately 25 million HVAC units. The system provides equipment specifications, age, and warranty data to support faster diagnostics and informed servicing decisions.
