Heat Pump Manufacturer Aira Opens Facility in Manchester

UK: Aira, the Swedish heat pump supplier, has inaugurated a new site in Manchester, UK. This facility will serve as the company's headquarters for its North-West England operations, marking a significant step in their £300 million (USD 381 million) initiative to supply heat pumps across the country via a monthly payment plan.

Aira's innovative heat-as-a-service package includes the design, installation, and maintenance of its heat pump systems. This initiative supports regional sustainability goals, aligning with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority's targets to achieve net-zero carbon by 2038 and 2040, respectively.
