Oklahoma City, United States: AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. (ACS) announced the acquisition of AboveAir Technologies, a leading HVAC provider focused on data centers. AboveAir will become a division within ACS, enhancing ACS's product offering for mission-critical applications and expanding its footprint into the Mid-Atlantic region. AboveAir's founder Matt Miller will lead ACS's data center growth strategy as President of the AboveAir division. This acquisition, ACS's third, aligns with its strategy to address the specialty HVAC needs of mission-critical applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
