France: Trone, known for disrupting domestic and semi public toilets, is expanding into the bathroom sector with Celeste, its first monumental washbasin mixer. After “re enchanting the toilet” with its distinctive toilet bowls Icone, Callipyge and the Kaoline control plate, the brand now offers basins, washbasins (Orb and Rituel), and accessories (Trium), and has introduced Celeste a striking 60 cm brushed or polished stainless steel disc mixer requiring the bathroom to be designed around it. Additional taps are planned for early 2026, along with two new toilet bowls, including a washing bowl. Following a EUR 5 million fundraise in 2023, Trone continues its growth, considering expansion into showers, furniture, and tiles, supported by strong exports now accounting for half of its turnover. All products are designed in house and manufactured in Europe, and the brand opened a professional showroom in Paris’s third arrondissement in 2024.
