Trane Technologies Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance After Third-Quarter Growth
Ireland: Trane Technologies reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of USD 6.76 billion (EUR 5.81 billion), an increase of 18% compared with the same period in 2025, while organic revenue grew by 16%. Bookings rose by 21% to USD 7.25 billion (EUR 6.24 billion), and the company’s order backlog increased by 73% to USD 12.5 billion (EUR 10.75 billion). Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations stood at USD 4.79 (EUR 4.12), while adjusted earnings per share reached USD 4.86 (EUR 4.18), both representing year-on-year growth of 25%. Revenue in the Americas increased by 21%, compared with 1% in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and 8% in Asia Pacific.
For the first nine months of 2026, cash flow from continuing operating activities totalled USD 3.06 billion (EUR 2.63 billion), while free cash flow reached USD 2.83 billion (EUR 2.43 billion), up from USD 1.79 billion (EUR 1.54 billion) in the corresponding period of 2025. Following the quarterly results, Trane Technologies raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth forecast to approximately 13.5% on a reported basis and 11% on an organic basis, compared with 2025. The company maintained its adjusted earnings per share guidance at USD 15.20–15.30 (EUR 13.07–13.16) for the full year.
