The Heating & Cooling Guys Relocates Corporate Headquarters

US: The Heating & Cooling Guys has signed a lease with Builderman Properties for 5,000 square feet of space at 3110 Pike Street in Paxtang, relocating its corporate headquarters to a nearly 14,000-square-foot commercial and industrial building in Dauphin County. Founded in 2019, the company employs about 10 full-time staff and provides residential and commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning services, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Patrick Smith of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant, while Ida McMurray of CapStone Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. According to Smith, the new site will house corporate and administrative offices, support technicians and repair crews, and provide storage for equipment, products, and vehicles. He added that the strategic location offers quick access across Central Pennsylvania, enhancing the company’s service reach.
