Spain: TECE Group has reached an agreement to acquire Spanish company Absara Industrial, known for its Hidrobox brand. This acquisition aligns with TECE’s international growth strategy and enhances its expertise in drainage technology. Based in Castellón, Absara Industrial specializes in manufacturing shower trays and bathtubs using solid surface and resin-based composites with mineral fillers. With over 30 years of experience, TECE operates in more than 50 countries, providing drainage technology, piping systems, and sanitary solutions. The integration of Absara Industrial will allow TECE to expand its product portfolio, optimize R&D processes, and strengthen its industrial presence in the Mediterranean region. 

The integration will be carried out progressively to ensure operational continuity while maintaining the high-quality standards of both companies. For Absara Industrial, joining TECE will boost the international distribution of its products and enhance innovation capabilities. TECE, in turn, reinforces its technological expansion and commitment to innovation, quality, and strategic market growth. At the ongoing ISH trade fair in Frankfurt, TECE is showcasing a selection of Hidrobox products, emphasizing its focus on cutting-edge solutions for the industry.
