Systemair Reports Steady Growth in FY2025-2026

Sweden: Systemair AB released its year-end report for the period May 2025 to April 2026, showing moderate growth in sales and profitability despite currency headwinds. Net sales for the full year reached about US$1.31 billion, reflecting a 1.6% increase, while organic growth stood at 6.1%. Adjusted operating profit rose to about US$123 million, with the adjusted operating margin improving to 9.4%. Operating cash flow remained largely stable at about US$122 million. The company board proposed a dividend of around US$0.15 per share for the financial year.
In the fourth quarter, from February to April 2026, net sales increased to about US$345 million, and organic growth reached 9.6%. Adjusted operating profit for the quarter was about US$31 million, with a margin of 8.9%. The company noted improved efficiency measures contributing to margin development, alongside continued focus on strengthening its sales organisation and product offering.
