Systemair reports 6% sales growth in Q1 2026/27

Global: Systemair reported a 6% increase in net sales to SEK 3.28 billion (approximately USD 354 million) in the first quarter of its 2026/27 financial year, covering May to July 2026. Organic growth was also 6%, with all regions contributing to the increase. Adjusted operating profit rose to SEK 324 million (approximately USD 35 million), compared with SEK 288 million (USD 29.84 million) in the corresponding period a year earlier, while the adjusted operating margin increased from 9.3% to 9.9%. Operating profit reached SEK 311 million (approximately USD 34 million), up from SEK 268 million.

North America recorded 15% organic growth, while Eastern Europe recorded 11%. Sales in the Nordic region increased by 8% organically, Western Europe by 3%, and the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa by 4%. In July, Systemair acquired Temspec, a Canadian manufacturer of decentralised ventilation systems for schools and multi-family residential buildings. The company also reported that higher component and freight costs had led to price increases during the quarter. CEO Robert Larsson said: “Organic growth in the quarter was 6 percent with all regions contributing positively, and it is particularly pleasing that North America and Eastern Europe continued to post double-digit organic growth.”
