SCG Decor Expands ASEAN Footprint with Malaysia Partnership and dooDeco Acquisition
MALAYSIA: SCG Decor is strengthening its ASEAN growth strategy by expanding its ceramic tile distribution network in Malaysia and entering the interior design and decoration segment. The company has partnered with Jubin Bagus, a Malaysian ceramic tile retailer, wholesaler and distributor with more than 30 years of experience, to broaden its market reach and retail presence. SCGD is also acquiring dooDeco, a full-service interior design, decoration and installation business, to expand into higher-value interior solutions. The moves will allow SCGD to integrate product sales, design and installation services, strengthening its value chain and offering more comprehensive residential solutions to customers across the region.
