China: Majed Al-Hogail, Saudi Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, just returned from a fruitful visit to Beijing, where he met with key players in China's building and housing sectors. His meetings with Ni Hong, China's Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Fang Qiuchen, President of the China International Contractors Association, focused on strengthening bilateral collaboration in construction and real estate development. The visit was aimed at developing collaborative housing policy, sharing city planning skills, and promoting sustainable urban development projects. Both countries indicated strong interest in using Chinese sophisticated building technologies for Saudi Arabia's infrastructure projects. They also talked about prospective partnerships for future real estate ventures, particularly in residential communities.
