Samsung Launches b.IoT Lite to Enhance Smart HVAC and Energy Management for Commercial Buildings

South Korea: Samsung has introduced b.IoT Lite, a cost-effective, centralized building management solution for B2B customers, designed to control Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/DVM S2) HVAC systems in small, medium and large commercial buildings. The platform features AI-driven algorithms, energy usage monitoring per device, scheduling, operation monitoring and integrated control of building facilities such as sensors and lighting through a single interface. Samsung’s solution also supports customized licensing based on building size and usage, helping optimize operations, reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency across offices, retail stores, hotels, campus buildings and residential properties.
